Using Archetype Signal

Archetype Signal is a reflective product designed to help you explore business patterns and personal decision-making. It is not professional, financial, legal, medical, mental-health, investment, or tax advice. Signals, archetypes, chart interpretations, and Signal Chat responses are not guarantees, predictions, or instructions. You remain responsible for your decisions and their consequences.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, users, or applicable law.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid features require an active subscription. Payments and subscription management are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and policies. Unless a specific offer says otherwise, subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Account page or Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect as described during checkout or in the billing portal.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, violate another person's rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or automate access without permission, submit malicious code, or use generated content as a substitute for regulated professional advice. Do not submit confidential third-party information to Signal Chat unless you are authorized to do so.

Your content and shared Blueprints

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it to provide the service. Blueprint sharing is optional. If you create a public share link, you are responsible for choosing what to share and for anyone who receives the link.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including generated content, when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, or comply with law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may correct errors or update information without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archetype Signal is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
